(A) First, warm the infuser (pot) by rinsing with hot water. Place pot on top of pitcher. (B) Put 3-6 gram (1 heaping tablespoon) of tea or teabag in the infuser.
(C) Pour hot water into the infuser and cover with the lid. For green tea water must be 185°F. Both black and Oolong tea require water that has just started to boil (210°F).
Within 2 and ½ minutes the infuser will automatically decent. (D) Remove the infuser and place on the tea tray. Enjoy!
