Pearl Jasmine was introduced to the U.S. in 1990 and quickly became the most popular Jasmine tea. Each Jasmine Pearl is shaped by using just the bud. When brewed, these little Pearls open like flowers blooming in the spring, bursting with flavor and the scent of Jasmine. High Mountain Spring Green Tea is shaped into pearls and is allowed to rest until June, when the Jasmine flowers bloom. The pearls are then combined with the scent of the Jasmine.
